| Oligo(dT)15 Primer is suitable for the use of a primer for first-strand cDNA synthesis with a reverse transcriptase. The primer hybridizes to the poly(A) tail of mRNA.
Random Primers can be used for first-strand cDNA synthesis and cloning; they are also available as components of the Universal Riboclone® cDNA Synthesis System (Cat.# C4360) and the Reverse Transcription System (Cat.# A3500). The primers are random hexadeoxynucleotides.
The EcoR I Adaptors consist of two complementary oligonucleotides: a 16mer and a 12mer phosphorylated at the 5´-end. The oligonucleotides are provided annealed in equimolar concentrations in water. The EcoR I Adaptors are designed to attach EcoR I "sticky" ends to blunt-ended DNA.
